Pivot Point is guided by our three Directors; each contributing a different focus and area of expertise to the overall vision and performance of the agency. As you will see, all three Directors have extensive histories in the social services, each spanning decades of service to children, youth, and adults with Alternate Abilities. The Directorship is united around our common vision of Pivot Point creating a meaningful and positive turning point for every person possible… for our clients and their families, for our staff and their families, and for our communities throughout British Columbia!

As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, she has more than 20 years experience working with children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Elizabeth started her career as a Low Incidence Special Education Teacher in the Saanich School District on Vancouver Island, prior to returning to school to become a Behaviour Analyst.

In each region we strive to provide a complete multidisciplinary team. In addition to Behaviour Consultants, this may consist of a Counsellors & NeuroFeedBack trainers, Speech/Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Teachers. Each region also builds a large team of front line service providers (too many to list below) who provide invaluable services through the following roles: Behaviour Interveners, Therapeutic Child Care Workers, Academic Tutors, Respite and Rec Workers, and workshop/event leaders.
